It's time to start preparing... The objective of this form is to explain and summarize the possible tasks to be carried out during the event as well as to get to know you a little more and collect all your data and availability in order to be able to organize ourselves better. beforehand. It also serves as a simple agreement between AfroExperiences as the responsible organizer of the Congress and each of you, volunteers. Here we detail a brief summary of the conditions:

- All volunteers will work an approximate total of 10-15 hours, spread over the days that the event lasts.

- An essential requirement to be able to participate as a volunteer is to be available to work between Thursday and Sunday (we ask all volunteers who are traveling to inform us of their arrival and departure times so that we can plan the schedule accordingly).

- The main work areas are: info desk workshops, info desk parties, afternoon social info desks.

- All volunteers will receive their work program and job description before the event. - All volunteers will have a free Full Pass for the event, which will give them access to all classes and parties when they are not working.
